Trudy Hankins has two passions in her life, ministry and business, which are reflected in her educational degrees. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management as well as a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership which she uses in both the church and the business world.
Trudy has filled almost every possible role in church ministry, from volunteer positions to serving as the Lead Pastors for 15 years with her husband Patrick. She has been on staff in rural churches with attendance less than 100 people to mega churches with attendance of over 4000 people. With her vast experience in the different areas of the church she understands the processes and the people it takes to make an organization successful.
Trudy is also an entrepreneur at heart and owns her own online clothing boutique which she operates with her two daughters. She and her husband also own a consulting business helping rural churches maximize their resources. She has served on advisory councils with Oklahoma Teen Challenge and is currently a member of her local Chamber of Commerce. Trudy is also a certified life coach and a student of personality/character traits and how those traits impact leaders within organizations.
Her experience in both the church and the business world are an asset in finding the perfect individual to fill a needed role.
Trudy lives in the DFW metroplex with her husband and their children.
