How do Partners make money?

Partners are paid according to how much work they do in acquiring a new client, securing a search contract, and providing a best in class candidate. Compensation is also based upon a generous profit sharing structure. When we designed this compensation structure, we wanted to be generous – giving Partners as much revenue as possible. We want to make this worthwhile, rewarding, and something they can build a strong revenue stream out of. As a result, we surveyed the market rates for similar programs at other firms and found that this generous revenue model is extremely rare. We hope this communicates our appreciation for all our Partners and conveys the heart to serve them in the way that we intended.

SSG Ambassadors

Looking to become an Ambassador with Spradlin Search Group? Here's how it works.

Ambassadors connect SSG to best in class clients. Once a contract is secured, the Ambassadors will be paid for the specific job order they bring in. When we designed this compensation structure, we wanted to be generous – giving as much of the revenue to our Ambassadors as possible. We want to make this worthwhile, rewarding, and something you can build a strong revenue stream out of. As a result, we surveyed the market rates for similar programs at other firms and found that this generous revenue model is extremely rare. We hope this communicates our appreciation for all our Ambassadors and conveys the heart to serve them in the way that we intended.
